Airways :
In 1998, nearby 18,4 million passengers came through Zaventem, Belgium's national airport, which offers regular connections to the biggest cities all over the world. Sabena has created a "hub and spoke" network out of Brussels, connecting more than 100 major cities and regional business destinations several times a day (21 daily flights to London, 9 daily flights to Paris,...). Sabena carried almost 9 million passengers in 1998.
Waterways :
Antwerp, Zeebrugge and Ghent form the biggest concentration of seaports in Europe. This global traffic exceeds 175 million tonnes a year. Brussels also has a port and Li銶e is one of the biggest inland ports in Western Europe.
